My Mother Is A Comedian

Sure, Mama is a really busy working woman serving the country..not exactly 24/7 busy, but she sure is doing excellent at work. It's amazing that after a day's sweat at work, she could still come home and make me crack with chuckles. Most of the times, she is funny without even trying to be or even realising it. 

I'm still going to write about this although I've already told some of you. There was one time when I accompanied her to buy chicken for dinner at Ayam A1. There were three dishes, the classic blackpepper, percik and a new menu (if I'm not mistaken, it's called Thai or something..) 

This is the conversation between my mother and the shop assistant;

Mama: Yang mana sedap ya? Percik ke Thai?

Shop assistant: Percik la lagi sedap.

Mama: Oh, kalau macam tu, bagi saya black pepper.

That made my sister and I laughed like mad. :DD What was the point of asking?I LOVED the look on the shop assistant's face after that.

Then there was this other time when I entered her bedroom when the door was ajar. I saw her inside, her back facing me. I am practically a silent walker, so she didn't realise my presence. When she turned around and saw me, she was out of breath for a second and,

She said: Terkejut mama, Asya buat muka penyu macam tu..

Me: ......penyu,

Honestly, guys...do I really look like this????

 When she makes funny facial expressions, the sight is priceless. If any of my friends have met my mother when she was being her total self, they're so lucky :))

I really love you, Ma (although there's only a slight chance that you would find this blog). I may have been cold and disobedient towards you certain times before, I may have been immature and unhelpful sometimes, I regret all that, Ma. I really do. I am not a good daughter, and I keep wondering if I really deserve a charming mother like you as a part of my life, but that is Allah's Will, His Love and Compassion. Thank You, Allah. Thank you, ma. <3

And so, HAPPY MOTHERS DAY (in advance) I love you.
