Here are things that would stop your tears. Well, it would probably work for me. Heheh..:))
1. NEVER listen to saaaad songs...urm..think of it as your enemy for the time being..
2. EAT LOTS and LOTS of chocolate and ice-cream
3. Go out of the house when it is raining, and just lose your senses to the drizzles. The water droplets would be too heavy on your eyelids that you couldn't bear to open your eyes.
4. Snuggle up with your pet. A cat is the best remedy! No, don't cook them or anything..-,-!
5. Go out for a jog. That'll relieve your stress (: Probably that's why I love running so much-it's good to clean up the mess in your head ;D
6. DON'T gaze at the stars..At times like that,it'll only make you feel lonely :(
7. Go out for a walk alone..you'll see amazing things along the way (:
8. Hmm...take a pen, the BIGGER tip, the better, and cross out AAAALL the 7 tips above. Too bothersome, aren't they? Haha. When I am feeling down, all I tend to do is sleep, because it's so easy for me to forget about it when I wake up. My point is, don't EVER feel sad when you shouldn't be. Have an optimistic perspective. And again, the most important thing is to just love yourself. Easy as pie. (:
